What to Expect...
Our inspections take 2 to 4 hours to complete depending on size, complexity, and age of the building. We are sensitive to the needs of first-time buyers. We take extra time to answer questions about the systems and conditions of your home. We enter your data into a permanent file and welcome your questions after you move in.
You're invited to come along. We encourage you to join us on the inspection. You will get a verbal version of the actual inspection along with suggestions on future preventative maintenance.
